My kids love snack mixes. I don't like the bagged super market ones so here is one of the mixes my boys go gaga over!
Ingredient
4 cup
rice or corn chex cereal
4 cup
corn chips
1/3 cup
melted butter
3 tbsp
honey
4 tsp
chili powder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large bowl combine cereal, nuts and corn chips. Combine butter and honey and drizzle over mixture and toss to coat.
* Step 2
Sprinkle the chili powder and toss again to coat.
* Step 3
Spread on ungreased sheet and bake for 25 min on 350°F stir once half way thru baking . let cool and store in a or tight container.
