Vegetable cutlets

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Collect all the ingredients.Mashed potatoes.
* Step 2
Grate paneer.Mix in all chopped vegetables and paneer into potato.
* Step 3
Add bread slices to this mix.
* Step 4
Add all the spices and knead it like a dough.
* Step 6
Now divide the dough into equal balls.
* Step 7
Flatten the balls and smear them in prepared cornflour water.
* Step 8
Shallow fry them on non stick tawa till they get brown.
* Step 9
Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
