Pulled Chicken Sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season chicken with salt - pepper. Place in heavy pot. With onion- garlic. Just enough water to cover. (1&1/2 cups ).
* Step 2
Add barbq. Sause- vinegar and a few drops hot sause. Simmer till chicken is cooked Remove from sause. Shredd with 2 forks or just use your fingers..
* Step 3
Boil sause until reduced by half. About 15 min. Season with salt & pepper.
* Step 4
Add shredded chicken and heat through. Spoon mixture on rolls. Top with cheese.
