Caramel Corn

Ingredient

1 cup

butter

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°F. Pop popcorn

* Step 2

Over medium heat combine first 4 ingredients.

* Step 3

Boil for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Stir well.

* Step 5

Pour over popcorn. Stir well to coat.

* Step 6

Bake 1 hour. Stir about every 15 minutes. Bake in large roaster . ( i used a jelly roll pan lined with nonstick foil)
