Poached Eggs 🍞🍳

So I've literally never made poached eggs before 😳 but I wanted to give it a shot because I love breakfast so much!! They turned out amazing! I think people get scared off by this type of egg but it was soooo easy I promise!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

15 mins
1 tsp

Vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fill pan with 2-3 inches of water.

Bring the water to a slight boil and add vinegar.

* Step 3

Crack eggs into a small custard dish or ramekin.

* Step 4

Dump eggs in very close to the water very gently so it does not break.

I was panicky about this but it all works out in the end haha.

Use a slotted spoon to drain water and take them out when they are done. Serve with toast and bacon or sausage! Yum!
