Blue Cheese Topping
This is so good on burgers, steaks, blackened fish or chicken. For those who like blue cheese!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all ingredients except for sea salt in a shallow bowl. With a spoon smash and mix well. I like my mix to be fairly smooth but that's just my preference.
* Step 2
Add sea salt to taste. A little goes a long way in this recipe.
* Step 3
If you make this ahead of time and store in fridge, bring your mixture to room temperature before using.
* Step 4
Once your protein is cooked remove from stove, oven or grill. Top with blue cheese mix and cover for about a minute to warm the topping.
