Sunshines praline pudding cake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°·

* Step 2

Mix In a bowl brown sugar 1/4 tablespoon set a side ,

Combine 1 1/4 cups of flour,granulated sugar,1/3 cup pecans,baking powder,and salt In medium bowl,stir well,and make a well In the center of mixtrue.

Mix milk ,butter, and vanilla, add to flour mixture,stirring just until moist.

* Step 5

Spread batter into an 8" inch square baking pan , sprinkle with brown sugar_ flour mixture.

Pour boiling water on top of brown sugar ,(do not stir). Bake at 350°for 35 to 40 minutes or until pudding is bubbly and cake springs back when touched lightly in center.

Serve warm with whipped toppings, sprinkle with pecans
