tender pork teriyaki

this is a great main dish, super delicious the reason i gave it a cold baking soda bath, is to give it a tender silky texture.and the cornstarch. its so tender yummy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

dice up pork ribs, in a large bowl, add 2 cups of water and baking soda, mix well ...add diced pork into the soda bath, for 15 minutes,

* Step 2

after the 15 minutes is up, drian dice pork in a colander.in the same bowl wipe dry, put drained diced pork back into the bowl, now sprinkle on cornstarch mixing meat well..

* Step 3

in a large frying pan, add oil, let oil get hot, on medium high heat ,add pork and sliced jalapeno peppers into pan stri fry until meat is golden brown, add garlic powder, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and water, mix well,lower heat to medium heat, cook about 5 minutes more,

add red pepper at the end. now u are done. enjoy.
