slow cooked chicken casserole
I have added my casserole sauce pic at bottom. great healthy meal for all the family. also great to use next day or freeze any leftovers.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
dice chicken and fry in pan, when cooked add carrots and onion.
* Step 2
add water until it covers vegetables. bring to boil. add pepper.
* Step 3
peel potatoes and add, leave to simmer for 1 hour.
* Step 4
add curly kale mix and leave to simmer for a further hour and 15 mins on very low heat.
* Step 5
serve, nice with hot baguette to dunk in sauce.
