Sammies Vitamix Superfruit Smoothie
I was challenged by the ladies at work to make a healthy "green" smoothie that everyone liked for breakfast. So I whipped up a batch of what I think would taste good and oh my goodness! You wouldn't even know there's spinach in it! Bottoms up!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add spinach to the Vitamix container. Pile the fruit on top and add flax and chia seeds.
* Step 2
Add orange juice and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully blended. Makes 3 16 ounce servings.
