Momma's Apple pie pancakes

Tastes like hot apple pie but if you use good quality, organic ingredients they're actually pretty good for you

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat pan to medium low ( you want it lower than you usually would when making pancakes so they take linger to cook and the apple gets a chance to start cooking(

* Step 2

Add milk and chia seeds to mixing bowl

* Step 3

Chop apple into 1/4 inch cubes

* Step 4

Add apple to the mixing bowl

* Step 5

Add the rest of the ingredients besides the caramel syrup to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly

* Step 6

Cook as you usually would. They will take longer to cook than usual because of cooking at a lower temperature

* Step 7

Drizzle caramel syrup over them and enjoy!
