whipping powder
2 cup
ice water
1 cup
icing sugar
1/2 cup
powdered milk
1 tbsp
flavor
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a clean bowl add in whipping powder, pour icing water by using hand mixer, standing mixer or whisker whip it till slightly stiff peak Add icing sugar, milk and flavor whip again then refrigerated for a good 15 minute before use.
