Baked Red Or Gold Potatoes
A Simple and Delicious Baked Potato method.
Ingredient

2 - 6 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oven to 375° F. Line a Baking Sheet with Foil.
* Step 2
Scrub Potatoes clean and Allow to Dry. Poke some Holes in the Potatoes with a Fork and place on the Baking Sheet.
* Step 3
Pour some Olive Oil into a Small Bowl or over the Potatoes, and Rub or Brush Oil all over each Potato. Coat the Potatoes in Salt.
* Step 4
Wrap each Potato in Foil, and Close Tightly. Place back onto the Baking Sheet & place in the Oven for 45 - 65 Minutes.
