Taco Alfredo pasta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put 3 lbs frozen chicken tenderloins in stock pot sprinkle in 1/2 cup chicken bullion and 1/2 cup taco seasoning.
* Step 2
Add enough water until it covers the top of the chicken in the pot.
* Step 3
Boil chicken for 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of chicken tenders.
* Step 4
Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, remove chicken from pot and set aside in a bowl, reserve about 1 cup of broth from cooking the chicken.
* Step 5
Pour the remaining liquid out reserving just enough to slightly cover the bottom of the pot.
* Step 6
Pour in remaining taco seasoning in with remaining broth in the pot along with one stick of butter and mix until butter is melted.
* Step 7
Add in heavy whipping cream, stir until sauce starts to slightly thicken
* Step 8
Drain and rinse black beans, drain tomatoes, shred chicken and add to sauce. Cook on medium heat while you boil pasta.
* Step 10
Add in 1 cup of shredded cheese and mix well with sauce.
* Step 11
Once pasta is cooked, drain pasta, add to sauce, mix and add add remaining shredded cheese.
