milk
1/2 cup
grated parmesan
2 cup
shredded mozzarella
1 cup
shredded provel cheese
1/2 stick
butter
1 pinch
salt to taste (I used sea salt)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring heavy cream and milk to a boil
* Step 2
Add cheese, stirring frequently so it doesn't stick. Once melted add butter and salt
* Step 3
Enjoy!
