In a bowl mix your flour your Italian bread crumbs your Lawry's garlic and herb mix well in a separate bowl beat your 5 eggs cut your chicken into three or 4 strips then put your chicken in the egg mixture then put into your flour bread crumbs season mix coat well then in a deep fryer or a pan of oil cook your chicken fingers until they reach 175 degrees
