Roasted Roots Buddha Bowl

This was all a pre-made bowl. Beets and sweet potatoes, chickpeas already roasted and seasoned. Rice already made. Carrots and power green mix (kale, spinach, chard mix) done too. I got lucky to mix these together. :) *with an amazing *tahini dressing, check that recipe out!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the power greens to bowl

* Step 2

Add all pre-made beans, rice and veggies, top with the tahini dressing ;)
