Leftover smoked salsa used in the tradition of Huevous rancheros.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add to smoker in small foil pan 1 hour as an appetizer while doing meat. Then chop in blender & refrigerate.

* Step 2

Cook salsa liquid off in small pan mediun low then nest eggs in salsa & cover.

* Step 3

Cook to desired doneness & enjoy.
