Cooking instructions

heat oil in fry pan

* Step 2

mix egg & milk

* Step 3

slice cucumber into thin slices

* Step 4

pour enough batter into zip lock bag

* Step 5

dip cucumber into egg mixes, drop a few into bag at a time to coat with batter

* Step 6

fry till golden brown

* Step 7

enjoy
