In a small sauce pan bring to boil all the ingredients sauce except the cornstarch diluted. Once the mixture boils, add in the cornstarch and keep stirring. Bring to boil and thicken. Put aside. In a big frying pan, pour 2 tablespoon, stir fry the salted roasted cashew until browned. Put aside. (Dalam penggorengan ukuran sedang, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak goreng dan goreng kacang mete sampai berwarna kecoklatan. Sisihkan)
