Gower Family Recipe (Italian chicken fried steak)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk egg in a shallow dish and add spices

* Step 2

Cut away excess fat from meat

* Step 3

Coat the meat in the egg mixture

* Step 4

Coat meat with egg mixture in bread crumbs - coat WELL

* Step 5

Cook immediately or refrigerate for 24hrs

* Step 6

To cook: Place frying pan on medium heat with enough vegetable oil to reach halfway up the meat - do not completely submerge

Fry meat in oil on both sides until golden brown

Replace oil after every 7-8 milanesas
