Pizza Bagels

For all my 90s babies out there! Who doesn’t remember pizza bagels?! They were PERFECT for after school and so QUICK! Plus these aren’t as processed as the store bought frozen kind we all know from the commercials! 🍕

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat Oven at 350.

* Step 2

Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray, just enough so the bagels won’t stick.

* Step 3

Spread the pizza sauce lightly on each bagel slice.

* Step 4

Add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella to each one.

* Step 5

Then add some pepperonis, I find it easier to cut them into smaller pieces.

* Step 6

Add another sprinkle of cheese to kind of glue the pepperonis onto the bagels!

* Step 7

Cook in the oven for about 10 min or until the cheese is melted!

* Step 8

Instead of pizza sauce - try bbq sauce and add leftover chicken and bacon!
