Vegetable soup

#Bornostate.Vegetable soup is one of the best soup i love especially for it’s nutritional value,it gives me joy especially when am eating it with poundo or pounded yam.

Ingredient

2 tablespoons

cray fish(

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut your spinach and then wash it with either vinegar or salt with warm water, then you allow it to drain.

* Step 2

Blend your bell pepper and chili pepper with onions,garlic and Cameroounian pepper(black one)

* Step 3

Pour the blended paste into a pot,allow the water to get drained before adding small vegetable oil,palm oil and then add maggi.Fry it thoroughly.

* Step 4

Add cray fish and stir a little bit before adding your spinach and then mix thoroughly,lower the heat and then allow it to get cooked a little bit,then you add your fried chicken or fish to eat then serve with your poundo or pounded yam.

* Step 5

Finally our vegetable soup is ready.
