Fingerings Salad 秋葵

Ingredient

Lady Finger

4 tbsp

Soy Sauce

Pinch

Sugar

10 ml

Water

1/2 tsp

Sesame Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sauce Preparation: Soy Sauce, Water, Sesame Oil & Sugar mixed well put aside.

* Step 2

Boiled hot water and soak the Lady-Fingers for 3 minutes, then drain the hot water and soak into cold water to keep greenish in color and crispy.

* Step 3

Drain the water the cut the Lady-Fingers into size then arranged into a plate pour the mixed sauce and ready to be served. (Or you may put some Spring Onion and chopped chili for presentation.)
