Coconut egg pudding || vattalappam

Coconut egg pudding || vattalappam

its a delicious pudding by using egg,coconut milk and sugar..#mycookbook

Ingredient

2 tbsp

almonds

2 tbsp

cashews

200 gms

jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak almond in a hot water and peel the skin then grind the almond and cashews in a mixer jar with a little amount of milk till we get the paste consistency and keep it aside.

* Step 2

In the mixer jar add eggs,jaggery,nuts paste,cardamom powder,fennel powder and add the coconut milk, (milk maid or condensed milk is optional) then Grind all the ingredients.After that check the taste according to the sweet level you want.

* Step 3

Take a bowl or mold apply a ghee on it and pour the egg mixture in it.Cover tightly with aluminium foil and place the lid with weight object like plate above it. Then add water in a steamer place a stand to keep the mold on it.Steam for 30min.Switch of the flame aftr 30mins then Open it after 15mins.

Now insert a knife and check,it should come out clean.Decorate it with nuts.Let it cool and cut it.

It can also be served after refrigerated the taste even more delicious.
