Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Do not throw away the residue whey that is left after straining the yogurt.

Shred onion, cucumber, carrot and Myoga(Japanese ginger). Make pickles sauce.

* Step 3

Mix vegetables and pickles sauce. Keep it in refrigerator for a half day.
