* Step 1
Make Onsen Tamago with this pot. Place eggs in pot and pour boiling water.
* Step 2
Cover with lid and wait for 15 minutes. Then cool them in water.
* Step 4
Make vinegar mixture and sprinkle on cooked rice. Mix and cool.
* Step 6
Make flower shape with fresh seafood and garnish seafood and green vegetables on rice.
