When I don’t have time to cook dinner, I sometimes choose this menu. Simple but gorgeous.

Ingredient

cooked rice

3 tablespoon

rice vinegar

1 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make Onsen Tamago with this pot. Place eggs in pot and pour boiling water.

Cover with lid and wait for 15 minutes. Then cool them in water.

Onsen Tamago are done.

Make vinegar mixture and sprinkle on cooked rice. Mix and cool.
