Uzbekistan Buckwheat Beef Plov

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak buckwheat in water for 30 minutes and drain with colander. Fry sliced onion with vegetable oil until good brown color.
* Step 2
Add beef, carrot and other vegetables and fry. Put seasoning and tomato juice in it.
* Step 3
Then add buckwheat and water. Pot water at the top of buckwheat. Check the taste of salt. Cook with low flame for about 30 minutes. Cover with lid.
* Step 5
