salt

1/4 tsp

black pepper

milk

2 tbls

Ketchup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry Shami Kababs in oil till brown from both sides and set aside.

* Step 2

Mix eggs with salt, black pepper and milk. Fry like an omelette in oil.

* Step 3

Spread butter lightly on buns then toasted on Grill. Add Shami kabab press it.

* Step 4

Add ketchup and garlic Mayonnaise as required then set omelette on it and cover with bun side.

* Step 5

Shami burgers are ready to serve.
