* Step 1

Cut up onion, Bell pepper, Potatoes. Brown pork meat in pan sauté on medium heat for about 15 min. After this is done drain excess fat. Put to side, In another pan sauté onion and Bell pepper for 10 minutes. Add onion and Bell pepper to pork meat (or your meat of choice) potatoes, tomato sauce, water and bag of mixed vegetables.

* Step 2

Season with Season all, onion powder and black pepper. Add 3 tbsp of sugar. Cover and let cook for about 1 hr and 45 min. Until meat is tender.
