This dish is a popular break fast,tea time snack , mildly sweet using with banana
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl add flour,sugar,curd,jeera,baking soda, ghee mashed banana and pinch salt,add little water and Knead a soft dough,cover and rest over night
* Step 2
When ready to prepare buns,make small balls from the dough roll each ball into the shape of puries
* Step 3
Heat oil in kadai fry them gently on medium heat, until golden brown on both sides serve with fresh coconut chutney
