Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Rajma overnight with sufficient water and then cook in pressure cooker for 5 to 6 whistles

Meanwhile we keep ready to chop onion and tomato,heat oil in pan put little oil to fry ginger garlic, chopped onions and tomato now grind in mixer and make fine paste

Now heat onother pan put oil,cumin seeds let them crackle and get brown,add gravy and stir well,add spices one by one red chilli,garam masala, Coriander powder add cream stir well

Stir and saute whole masala till starts leaving the masala add boiled Rajma and mix well add some mashed Rajma Beans this helps to Thicken Rajma masala curry

Serve Rajma masala with steam hot basmati rice,naan as per your choice
