Needed a power meal that wouldn't weigh me down before my evening run :)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all vegetables chopped for easy biting...no Knife needed!

* Step 2

Drizzle oils and squirt the whole lime juice over top... Toss well

* Step 3

Add Mayonnaise...Dijon...Herbamare...and Himalayan Salt -Toss away...

* Step 4

Sprinkle Hemp Hearts and enjoy w a nice white wine and a side of lightly salted natural pistachios!
