Summer Roasted Pork Fried Rice

MY SUMMER RICE VERSION

Ingredient

1/4 cup

dice carrot

1/4 cup

spring onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice up all vegetable

* Step 2

Bring a pan of water to a boil then add dice carrot and let it simmer for 3 minutes brown roasted pork then add onion and soy sauce then add rice for 1 minute mix well then off heat

With oil brown cooked roasted pork with onion then add cooked rice and soy sauce stir fry to mix then add all vegetable for another 2 minutes
