* Step 1
Ingredients. Boiled the pork to get the dirt/fat out for 5 mins, rinsed. Apples peeled, core and seeds cut out. Rinse all Ingredients before use. A pot around 3L to 3.5Litres of water and throw all ingredients in and boil for 2 hrs. High heat for the first hr then changed to low heat for another hour.
* Step 2
When after 2 hrs should left with around 1.5 to 2L soup. Serve Soup. Done!
