**Love making mason jar salads! I substituted feta cheese since that's what I had on hand.
Cooking instructions

Prepare all ingredients and layer in four quart-sized jars.

LAYER:

yellow pepper
carrots
jicama
eggs
cheese
lettuce
* Step 3
Serve with your favorite dressing - just add the carbs!
