Cut potatoes and wash in a pot of cold water rinse and repeat twice this removes the starch
* Step 2
Heat oil and blanch chips at 160°c for 5 minutes or until slightly soft
* Step 3
Then increase heat to 190°c and crispen to ur liken
* Step 4
Remove onto kitchen towel and season with salt and serve...enjoy
