Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, combine semolina, curd, salt and mix well with water to create a thick batter

* Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients besides oil

* Step 3

Drizzle some oil on a non stick pan

* Step 4

Pour in a laddleful of batter onto the center

* Step 5

Cook on Low heat by flipping both sides as they turn light brown

* Step 6

Take off heat and serve while warm with chutneys and ketchup

* Step 7

Tips: avoid using green chilli if cooking for kids.

* Step 8

Tip: use any easily gratable vegetables on the pancake besides the once mentioned. Slicing vegetables finely will ensure even cooking
