Dhapate (spicy thaalipeeth)
Dhapate is a form of Maharashtrian Thaalipeeth prepared with a combination of wheat, jowar (shorgum) and gram flour(chick pea flour).Tasty and healthy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place all the flours in a large bowl by sieving it once
* Step 2
Add the onions, carom, coriander leaves, garlic, sesame seeds and dry spices one by one
* Step 3
Mix well and then add the curd and salt
* Step 4
Add adequate water to make a soft dough
* Step 5
Keep the dough rested covered for 10 minutes
* Step 6
Post the resting period, grease your palms and make large lemon sized balls of the dough
* Step 7
Heat a teaspoon of oil on a non stick pan and start to roll one dough ball into a disc as thin as possible (using some flour to dust)
* Step 8
Once done, place the rolled dhapate on the pan and cook like normal parantha till both sides show brown spots
* Step 9
Prepare all the dhapates the same way
* Step 10
Serve immediately after cooking them accompanied with pickles/curd
