Banana Choco Pancake

Yummy not only for the little fussy eaters, but also adults with a sweet tooth.A complete “finger-licking-good”recipe!

Ingredient

egg

1 tablespoon

unsalted butter

1 pinch

salt

1.5 tablespoon

Super fine sugar

as needed

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place all the dry ingredients (except butter)in a bowl and whisk the egg separately

* Step 2

Mash the banana well,separately

* Step 3

Add the egg and just enough milk to create a slightly runny batter (add/reduce the sweetness as per your taste)

* Step 4

Add the mashed banana and fold in well

* Step 5

Melt 1 teaspoon butter in a non stick pan

* Step 6

Spoon in a laddle full of the batter in the center and spread a bit

* Step 7

Cook each side for 2-3 minutes on medium-Low heat

* Step 8

Serve while warm drizzled with chocolate syrup (be sure to be generous with the chocolate incase of kids!)
