One bowl banana chocochip cake
Yummy, melt in the mouth banana Choco cake can be made quick and simple!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash then bananas well ina mixing bowl with the help of a fork
* Step 2
Pour in the melted butter and mix well until incorporated
* Step 3
Add sugar, baking soda salt and mix
* Step 4
Add the beaten egg and blend well
* Step 5
Lastly add the vanilla Essence and throw in the Choco chips and fold in well
* Step 6
Grease a bread loaf pan with melted butter
* Step 7
Pour in the mix into the pan and spread it well
* Step 8
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degree celcius or till done
* Step 9
Slice into pieces and store in airtight box
