Vegetable pulao
Veg pulao is a traditional Bengali recipe.Pulao with ghee and vegetables is very popular rice dish.We can serve veg pulao with paneer,fish and chicken recipes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one pot and pour water, bring the water to boil.add 1 washed basmati rice and stir gently.cook until 90%done.drain and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat 1tsp oil and 1 tsp ghee,add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper and saute for a minute.
* Step 3
Add mix vegetables and stir for 3-4 minutes until they cooked.Add cashew and stir.
* Step 4
Add cooked rice and sprinkle crushed Black pepper, garam masala, Salt,sugar and mix gently.
* Step 5
Add 3 green chillies,cover and steam pulao for 15 minutes on a low flame.After that remove the cover.Pulao is ready to serve.
