Oven baked paneer topped with chutney or fruit jam
A healthy snack; Tasty topped with chutney or jam alongside crackers & fruit. In this picture, I've topped the baked paneer with a coconut chutney.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice paneer into 1/2 inch thick pieces
* Step 2
Place semolina flour and desired amount of paneer masala in a bowl & mix together
* Step 3
Put milk in small bowl. Dip paneer slices in milk.
* Step 4
Coat with semolina-masala mixture.
* Step 5
Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees farenheit or until golden brown. Flip over and bake another 2 to 5
minutes. Top with your favorite chutney for a savory flavor or your favorite jam for a sweet flavor.
