Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add oil and ghee and once it is heated add jeera and all the dry spices and sautee it for about a min.

* Step 2

Then add boiled peas and salt and give it mix then add the leftover rice and mix it gently and finely garnish it with freshly chopped coriander

* Step 3

Your Pulao is ready and serve it with dal or raita.
