Raw Mango Rasam

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add 2 cups water and add the raw mango and boil it untill they turn softer.

* Step 2

Once done turn off the flame and transfer then into a mixer jar and add 2 green chillies blend and make puree of it

* Step 3

Once done In a sauce pan add 1 tbspn of oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds,curry leaves,dried red chilli and then add the puree and add 2 cups of water

* Step 4

Then add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,rasam powder,sugar and give it a stir and bring the rasam to boil.

* Step 5

Once done turn off the flame and garnish it with coriander

* Step 6

Your Raw Man Rasam is ready
