Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
2 tbsp

ghee

1 cup

milk

to taste

Sugar

1/2 tsp

cardomom

as needed

Cashew

as needed

Almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add 1/2 tspn of ghee and roast the dry fruits in it for a min. Once done transfer them into a bowl

* Step 2

Then in the same pan add 1 tbspn of ghee and then add the beetroot and cook it for a minute then add milk in it

* Step 3

Cook it for 5 to 8 min untill the milk is evaporated then add sugar cardomom powder and cook it for another 1 min

* Step 4

And finally add the roasted dry fruits mix it and turn off the flame and Transfer it into the serving bowl

* Step 5

You can have it hot or keep it in fridge and have later (Note : the beetroot halwa can be used till 7 days if preserved in fridge)
