Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean kala chana with water.soak it overnight.drain it and boil it in a pressure cooker along with 3 cup water and salt for 3-4 whistles.than heat 2 tbsp of refined oil into pan add cumin seeds and bayleaf.
* Step 2
When cumin turned brown add green chilli saute for a few sec.than add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min. Then add onion cook it for 2-3 mins till it's soft. Then add tomatoes fry it till tomatoes are cooked on medium flame.
* Step 3
Then add boiled kala chana mix it and fry for 1 min. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, mix it well.
* Step 4
Then add red chilli powder, chat masala powder and garam masala powder. Mix it well.
* Step 5
Now cook it for 3-4 mins so that all spices goes well with this. Then add coriander leaves.mix it.and turn off the flame.it's ready. transfer ghugni into a serving bowl.
* Step 6
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and onion ring. Serve it hot with fried flattened rice.
