milkmaid

1 cup

milk

1 tbsp

Jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a cooker than add ghee roast Dal properly than add enough water and cook for 2 whistles

Now open the lid add milk and cook till half of the milk evaporated

Now blend whole mixture with blender

* Step 4

Now add milkmaid and jagerry cook it till payasam get thick consistency

Now add elaichi and kesar cook again for 10 minutes.serve hot
