Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add cumin seeds and allow it to sizzle for few seconds.
* Step 2
Add the chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute for a minute.
* Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes and salt and cover and cook till the tomatoes are soft and mushy. When the tomatoes turn soft, mash it with a vegetable masher.
* Step 4
Next add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder and chicken masala and saute for a minute or two.
* Step 5
Add the raw eggs and cook on low flame in open pan. Ie. Without the lid.
* Step 6
Continue to cook for 2 minutes or until done. Keep stirring in between.
* Step 7
Tasty Tomato Egg is ready to serve. Enjoy it with roti or pav or with steamed rice, tomato dal and chilli pickle.
