Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl put butter and sugar and start creaming until it becomes creamy and fluffy.

* Step 2

Add sieved besan and flour mix well. Add cardamon powder. Place in the fridge till 10 minutes.

* Step 3

After that in the greased baking tray and place the naankatai each 12 gms balls round shape.

* Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve cool. And keep in airtight container.
